Black Diamond Real Estate — Coal-mining bones. Cascade-foothill bones. Bigger lots than King County should allow.
About Black Diamond
Founded in 1880 by California coal miners (the namesake mine was in California), Black Diamond was Washington's primary coal town for half a century — the mines kept Seattle's lights on through the 20th century. The mines closed in 1928, but the historic mining museum, the Black Diamond Bakery (operating since 1902), and the foothill geography keep the small-town texture intact.
