Burien Real Estate — Sound-side, walkable downtown, undervalued for now.
About Burien
Burien stayed unincorporated for most of the 20th century before becoming a city in 1993, then promptly absorbed surrounding pockets to nearly double in size. The downtown rebuild in the 2010s gave it the kind of walkable Town Square most South King cities don't have. Three Tree Point and the Sound shoreline anchor the western edge.
