Edgewood Real Estate — Benchland between Auburn and Puyallup. Big lots, valley views, newer stock.
About Edgewood
One of the newest cities in Pierce County — incorporated in 1996 after residents voted to protect their semi-rural character rather than be annexed by Auburn or Puyallup. Edgewood sits on the benchland above the Puyallup River valley, giving it views of both Mt. Rainier and the farmland below. The housing stock runs primarily 1980s–2000s single-family on notably larger lots than you'd find at the same price in Auburn or Federal Way.
