Olympia Real Estate — Capital city. Craftsman bones. The kind of place that surprises you.
About Olympia
Washington's capital since the territorial days of 1853, Olympia was built around the south end of Puget Sound on land the Squaxin and Nisqually Tribes called home long before. A government town with a stubborn creative streak — Evergreen State College, the riot grrrl scene of the early 90s, and a downtown that still has actual record stores. Capitol Lake reflects the Capitol dome from a half-dozen angles.
