Roy Real Estate — Prairie town. JBLM close, Mt. Rainier in the distance, nothing between you.
About Roy
Incorporated in 1890 and barely touched since, Roy is one of Pierce County's most unchanged small towns — a two-block downtown, a grain elevator, and the Nisqually prairie stretching in every direction. Situated directly between Joint Base Lewis-McChord and the Cascade foothills, it draws military families who want land, space, and a short gate-to-door commute. It's among the most affordable incorporated cities in the South Sound.
