Ruston Real Estate — One square mile of Sound-front real estate between Tacoma and the bay.

About Ruston

Ruston grew up around the ASARCO copper smelter that operated from 1890 to 1986 — the 571-foot stack was the city's landmark until demolition in 1993 after an EPA Superfund designation. The decades-long cleanup transformed the 97-acre waterfront site into Point Ruston, a mixed-use development with condos, restaurants, a cinema, and a Sound-front promenade that completely redefined the city. It remains one of the smallest incorporated cities in Washington.
