Tacoma Real Estate — Mountain, city, and water in one.
About Tacoma
Founded in 1875 as the Pacific terminus of the Northern Pacific Railway, Tacoma was the original "City of Destiny." The downtown's mix of brick warehouses, craftsman bungalows, and Stadium-District manors traces that arc — a working port that grew teeth in the 1880s and never quite lost them. Today's renaissance is built on the museum district, the universities, and a wave of buyers who realized the city's bones were worth more than Seattle's price tag.
